A privately-held computer software company has an open position for a Telecommute Accounts Payable Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in the automation and integration of payments into our bank
- Working with vendors to resolve past due invoices and reconcile monthly statements
- Analyzing and authorizing expense reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience working in NetSuite and SAP Concur is a hard requirement
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment
- Ability to plan and organize
- Ability to create ad hoc reporting for various partners throughout the company
- Ability to prepare weekly cash payment forecasts
