Telecommute Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A finance services company is in need of a Telecommute Accounts Payable Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing and processing monthly invoices from US-based subcontractors and vendor
• Conducting monthly reconciliation of international payroll firm advances
• Utilizing Oracle, Costpoint and Microsoft Excel to perform duties and responsibilities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Graduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field OR
• 1-3 years of directly relevant experience
• Proficiency using Oracle and Microsoft Excel
• High-level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Professional, punctual, dependable, reliable, with a desire to learn
• Experience with federal clients, including USAID and the Department of State preferred
