Telecommute Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Accounts Payable Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing all activities within the Accounts Payable team
• Administering the company’s Travel & Expense Policy and Travel Management software
• Analyzing current ways of working to recommend and implement process improvements

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Undergraduate degree required; accounting or business degree is preferred
• 1+ years relevant experience
• Excellent leadership ability with the desire to mentor and coach direct reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with business software (Microsoft Word and Excel required; NetSuite and Concur a plus)
