Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Accounts Payable Specialist in Seattle.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Quickly and accurately process invoices
- Resolve purchase order and/or payment discrepancies, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze, review, and compile a monthly accrual based on transactional history for each month end
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school and/or equivalent
- Experience processing AP for multiple entities
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-starter, strong initiative and able to work with limited supervision
