Job Summary
An education technology company is in need of a Telecommute Accounts Receivable.
Must be able to:
- Answer customer questions and provide support to assist in payment and processing
- Process inbound payments (check, wire & credit card) and accurately apply payments to customers
- Process inbound sales orders in Saasoptics
Position Requirements Include:
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail) preferred
- Prior customer-facing experience (e.g. retail) preferred
