Job Summary

A global information services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Acquisitions Senior Content Editor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitor profitability of existing products, and build franchises for key brands across multiple disciplines
• Develop and acquire new content and sign new editions and other content required for digital solutions
• Attend professional meetings and interact with contributors, consultants, and editors

Required Skills:

• Travel: 15% travel to conferences and author meetings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience including 3+ years with editorial acquisitions, development, sales, marketing in book publishing, or related field
• Experience in the oversight of print and online product development
