Job Summary
A life insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Actuarial Programmer in Aliso Viejo.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a leader to effectively and efficiently perform actuarial modeling
- Develop strong knowledge of our current C# Turbo pricing system
- Apply good knowledge of insurance specs and actuarial related regulations
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or equivalent experience
- Technically proficiency in C#, Python, Java or other high level programming languages
- Experience to actuarial software
- Experience with life insurance or annuity products
- Strong motivations for innovation such as designing and developing a new generation of actuarial system
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
