Job Summary

A non-profit health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Actuarial Science Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Evaluating and recommending DSNP growth opportunities to Senior Management
Leading and supporting development of go-to-market strategies associated with DSNP opportunities
Leading a team of actuaries ensuring compliance with applicable Actuarial Standards of Practice

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics or a related field is required
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience is required
Minimum of ten (10) years of decision support, financial analysis, or actuarial experience is required
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Suite to include Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
Ability to lead audits of data and models
Ability to interact with all levels of management as well as external stakeholders
