Job Summary
A private, non-profit university has an open position for a Telecommute Adjunct Dissertation Chair and Committee Member.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing high quality instruction, direction and mentorship for assigned students
- Directing and instructing the student with the goal of producing high-quality research
- Reviewing student’s clinical log to ensure project development activities are appropriate
Required Skills:
- Doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Education, Leadership, or related fields
- A minimum of three years of post-doctorate experience in higher education
- Prior experience as a supervisor/mentor overseeing doctoral students
- Experience in research design/methodology
- Evidence of quality research completed in the last ten years
- Computer literate in software and internet based applications
