Job Summary

A consulting company is seeking a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Creating documents using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Publisher, and Outlook
  • Performing clerical functions such as writing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Creating KPI statistical reports and databases, handling support requests, and preparing agendas

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 2 years' office experience with MS Office at an advanced level
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant
  • Ability to present to individuals or groups of employees/partners through a variety of methods
  • Detail oriented with the ability to follow through on multiple projects
