Job Summary
A national organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data
- Ensuring and preparing communications and share information
- Coordinating all aspects of Board meetings (quarterly)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Periodic evening or weekend work is required as is attendance at meetings
- Minimum of two years of experience working in administrative position
- Two years of college
- Demonstrated experience organizing and managing meetings, events and conferences for up to 50 people
- Demonstrated experience using all aspects of a CRM
- Evidence of moderate skill producing print and electronic materials
