Job Summary

A national organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data
  • Ensuring and preparing communications and share information
  • Coordinating all aspects of Board meetings (quarterly)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Periodic evening or weekend work is required as is attendance at meetings
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in administrative position
  • Two years of college
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and managing meetings, events and conferences for up to 50 people
  • Demonstrated experience using all aspects of a CRM
  • Evidence of moderate skill producing print and electronic materials
