A provider of technology solutions is in need of a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.

Must be able to:

  • Sort, file and maintain alphabetical, numerical, and subject filing systems
  • Type forms, memoranda, and other copy material
  • Check and compare data for accuracy and completeness

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
