Job Summary

An accounting company has a current position open for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining office projects and workflows by keeping the staff informed of due dates and tax deadlines
  • Doing monthly bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online and Hubdoc
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience working in a CPA firm
