Job Summary
An accounting company has a current position open for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining office projects and workflows by keeping the staff informed of due dates and tax deadlines
- Doing monthly bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online and Hubdoc
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience working in a CPA firm
- A love of technology
