Job Summary
An entrepreneur matchmaking company is seeking a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Initially supporting the Operations Director
- Helping with the technical pieces of onboarding customers with Infusionsoft
- Monitoring and tracking webinar stats from our Facebook ads and invite those users to our Facebook group
Qualifications for this position include:
- Has experience with, and loves talking to customers
- Infusionsoft — highly proficient with this or another type of CRM
- Google Suite — specifically skilled with Google sheets
- Calendaring app such as Schedule Once, Calendly
- High standards of excellence
- All other requirements necessary for this position
