Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting our founders with their calendars and scheduling
- Developing and maintaining systems and procedures
- Onboarding new contractors and employees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Asana and Quickbooks
- Experience with Visio, Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience with Google Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and plan ahead
- Ability to anticipate something that is needed before it’s delegated
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
