Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting our founders with their calendars and scheduling
  • Developing and maintaining systems and procedures
  • Onboarding new contractors and employees

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience with Asana and Quickbooks
  • Experience with Visio, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and plan ahead
  • Ability to anticipate something that is needed before it’s delegated
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
