Job Summary

An online delivery company has an open position for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks
  • Act as the main point of contact on all emails, scheduling, and meetings
  • Create Power Points, Google/Word docs, Excel sheets for all hands meetings, investor meetings, quarterly meetings, etc

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Gmail
  • Excellent oral communication skills, writing skills, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong proven ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment
  • Ability to work well either independently or as part of a team
