Job Summary
A financial company is filling a position for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing, coordinating, and tracking documents via the ATS and Business Information Group
- Confirming, initiating, and submitting information via multiple internal systems
- Providing analytical and specialized administrative support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years administrative experience required, HR is helpful
- Experience working with confidential, sensitive matters, and information
- Ability to support remote team members across multiple locations
- Experience working with all levels of internal management, stakeholders, and staf
- Advanced computer skills working in multiple systems to include Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint
