A search engine optimization and web design agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant in Miami.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting CEO and other departments with administrative tasks
- Managing calendars and special events and answering phones
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent verbal skills, well-spoken, clear and direct
- Excellent written skills, able to catch grammatical and spelling errors
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Extremely well organized and able to help others be the same
- Willing to do entry level bookkeeping
