A philanthropic organization is seeking a Telecommute Administrative Assistant in New York City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collaborating with the VP on various projects and attend relevant meetings
  • Providing support to the Vice President
  • Tracking and managing the distribution of relevant donor communications

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • At least one year working in a fast-paced office setting
  • Proven experience working in Outlook email and calendar
  • Solid Microsoft Office and database management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to accurately follow directions
