A philanthropic organization is seeking a Telecommute Administrative Assistant in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with the VP on various projects and attend relevant meetings
- Providing support to the Vice President
- Tracking and managing the distribution of relevant donor communications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- At least one year working in a fast-paced office setting
- Proven experience working in Outlook email and calendar
- Solid Microsoft Office and database management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
- Strong listening skills and the ability to accurately follow directions
