A full-service bank is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the office and assist in the day-to-day office duties
  • Handle routine clerical functions associated with the processing of mortgage loans.
  • Handle all correspondence (phone, mail, e-mail)

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years’ experience as an executive/personal assistant
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • Solid understanding of Loan documentation
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Effective and responsive telephone etiquette
