A full-service bank is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the office and assist in the day-to-day office duties
- Handle routine clerical functions associated with the processing of mortgage loans.
- Handle all correspondence (phone, mail, e-mail)
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years’ experience as an executive/personal assistant
- Mortgage industry experience
- Solid understanding of Loan documentation
- Superior customer service skills
- Effective and responsive telephone etiquette
