Job Summary

A network hardware company has a current position open for a Telecommute Administrative Assitant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the Director's calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings
  • Assisting in planning and organizing meetings
  • Taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, and meeting technology

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Attend meetings
  • 1-4 years administrative support to executives
  • Proficient in office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office apps, Google Docs)
  • BA or AA Degree or equivalent
