Job Summary
A network hardware company has a current position open for a Telecommute Administrative Assitant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the Director's calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings
- Assisting in planning and organizing meetings
- Taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, and meeting technology
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend meetings
- 1-4 years administrative support to executives
- Proficient in office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office apps, Google Docs)
- BA or AA Degree or equivalent
