Job Summary

A product manufacturer and distributor is seeking a Telecommute Administrative Business and Project Manager .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to customer phone inquiries, taking orders and closing out support tickets
  • Managing all certifications, standards and compliance
  • Developing corporate processes and procedures and implement efficient record keeping

Qualifications Include:

  • Undergraduate degree and minimum of two years experience in a related field
  • Experience in administrative management and customer service
  • Knowledge of Google app suite including Docs, Spreadsheets & Presentation
  • Excellent communication skills, meticulous, detail-oriented, self-directed, competent, and reliable
  • Courteous with customers, staff and public, able to drive sales and represent company professionally
