Job Summary

A marketing company is in need of a Telecommute Administrative Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reconciling and process ingmonthly invoices; interact with accounts payable department and outside vendors
  • Working with calculations and other quantitative data and research plus input media schedules
  • Assisting the Media Director with media presentations, plans, flow charts, reconciliation, posting and other reporting

Required Skills:

  • Commute for initial onsite training, remote thereafter
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years’ professional experience, in a media or advertising agency environment, preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically Excel, and PowerPoint, a must!
  • Proficient in Google suite, (docs, sheets, slides)
  • Demonstrated ability and comfort level working in a fast-paced environment, maintains composure under pressure
