Job Summary
A marketing company is in need of a Telecommute Administrative Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reconciling and process ingmonthly invoices; interact with accounts payable department and outside vendors
- Working with calculations and other quantitative data and research plus input media schedules
- Assisting the Media Director with media presentations, plans, flow charts, reconciliation, posting and other reporting
Required Skills:
- Commute for initial onsite training, remote thereafter
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years’ professional experience, in a media or advertising agency environment, preferred
- Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically Excel, and PowerPoint, a must!
- Proficient in Google suite, (docs, sheets, slides)
- Demonstrated ability and comfort level working in a fast-paced environment, maintains composure under pressure
