Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Administrative Services Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the calendar of the RVP by scheduling and prioritizing meetings and appointments across multiple time zones
  • Scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements across multiple time zones considering meeting times and competing priorities
  • Taking notes, summarizing findings and next steps during virtual and in-person meetings

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel: Yes, 15 % of the Time
  • Ability to travel to in-person meetings
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to produce presentations for all levels of audiences
