A software technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Administrative Support Executive Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing calendars of senior executives, in an agile environment with dynamic priorities
- Planning appointments, meetings, and events per leadership events and offsites
- Managing frequent domestic and international travel arrangements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately An impeccable attention to detail
- Solid proficiency in both Google Suite and MS Office
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed
