Job Summary

An IT training company has an open position for a Telecommute Admission Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as an internal advocate for the customer to help improve our courses and services
  • Using insights to make recommendations for improving our sales processes and sales support
  • Effectively communicating company's value proposition to others

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, preferably a native speaker
  • At least 2+ year of professional experience in a admissions role or similar
  • Ability to work US afternoon and early evening hours
  • Experience with automated CRMs, HubSpot experience preferred
