An IT training company has an open position for a Telecommute Admission Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as an internal advocate for the customer to help improve our courses and services
- Using insights to make recommendations for improving our sales processes and sales support
- Effectively communicating company's value proposition to others
Qualifications for this position include:
- Excellent communication skills in English, preferably a native speaker
- At least 2+ year of professional experience in a admissions role or similar
- Ability to work US afternoon and early evening hours
- Experience with automated CRMs, HubSpot experience preferred
