Job Summary
A medical group needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Adult Care Clinician Scheduler.
Must be able to:
- Creates and maintains schedules for multiple hospital locations 45-90 days ahead of start of month
- Analyze requests, identify potential areas of conflict and determine best solution
- Collaborate with credentialing and other departments to ensure available staffing
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge and skills in using personal computers (Windows) with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate and function under a dual and/or remote reporting structure
- Ability to maintain patience and composure in difficult situations
- Professional presentation/phone savvy
- Ability to identify and communicate emerging issues to management
- Program knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
