Job Summary

An entertainment company is filling a position for a Telecommute Adult Contemporary Program Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Reviewing and determining all commercial and paid programming content
• Identifying, recruiting, and coaching on-air talent, producers, news directors, and reporters
• Evaluating programming available from distributors, syndicators, and independent producers

Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of FCC broadcast rules and regulations
• Working knowledge of RCS products including GSelector and NexGen
• Demonstrated ability to use tools to gather and analyze ratings data
• Excellent on-air performance, familiarity with radio programming
• Knowledge and appreciation of diverse music genres
• Ability to influence others, inspire innovation, and ensure a client focus
