Job Summary
An online education provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Associate Dean.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing, evaluating, and communicating student success metrics, including student retention, graduation rates, certification pass rates, student achievement of learning outcomes
- Participating in the recruitment of and interviews, selects, orients, evaluates, and supervises qualified faculty and staff as needed for the program
- Serving as a role model and mentors faculty and students in areas of academic excellence, customer service, collaboration, communication, and professionalism
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of online teaching experience is required
- A Doctorate degree is required
- An MSN is required
- An unencumbered nursing license is required
- Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC), Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (GNP), or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Certification, is required
- Minimum of three years of experience in education, training, or staff development at the baccalaureate level or above is required
