Job Summary
A hospitality and entertainment company has a current position open for a Telecommute Advanced Analytics Data Scientist in the Las Vegas Area.
Must be able to:
- Design experiments, test hypotheses, perform data mining and build models to solve highly complex business problems
- Execute processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, targeting, and other business outcomes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, statistics, physics, economics, engineering, operations research
- At least five (5) years building advanced analytical models
- Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting, predictive analytics and/or optimization algorithms
