Job Summary
A health services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Advanced Care Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for sending letters to patients when contact cannot be made
- Verify delivery address, delivery instructions and telephone number for all orders
- Route non-care team orders to appropriate department or regional branch to fulfill
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year work in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- Computer skills per knowledge of Microsoft Office application
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed directives
- Strong organizational skills with ability to follow through
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple task
