Job Summary
An IT service management company has an open position for a Telecommute Advanced Compensation Consultant .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a primary/lead consultant on projects regardless of size or strategic importance
- Becoming the clients go to person as their Workday client business partner
- Leading testing efforts of the client during UAT
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 30%+
- Completed 3-5 projects within the Workday ecosystem
- certification in HCM, Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation will be required
- 3+ years of Workday experience as a consultant
- Prolific experience in client facing situations with all management levels
- Knowledge and execution of Workday project management methodologies
