Telecommute Advanced Group Benefits Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Advanced Group Benefits Billing Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Manage complex and/or high visibility book of cases, analyze and research questions and/or issues associated with those cases, and recommend appropriate measures to resolve
• Communicate timely with the customer and internal departments to ensure discrepancies are reconciled timely and accurately and to answer billing related inquiries
• Lead and participate in broker/customer meetings to find solutions to customer issues and problems

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills: v-look ups, pivot tables, creating formulas etc
• Must be able to demonstrate expert ability in the above excel functions
• Ability to leverage Excel skills to compare and find discrepancies between large amounts of data
• Advanced knowledge of Enrollment and Eligibility Rules related to group life and disability insurance products
