Job Summary

A media and marketing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Advertising Planning Team Lead.

Must be able to:

• Manage and process preprint, ROP, and digital insertion orders for accounts across multiple markets
• Manage bi-weekly approval of hours, vacation schedules, and yearly reviews
• Complete administrative duties such as affidavits, requests for information and providing circulation breakouts

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience managing ROP, digital and preprint insertion
• Proven record of successfully leading in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment
• Experience in leading a team
• Demonstrated ability to build client services team that exceeds customer expectations and adds value
• An understanding of competitive media in the market
