An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Advertising Services Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing our current organizational systems and auditing what we have
- Creating team OKRs to work towards as a team (each department)
- Acting as the lead to hire, onboard, and manage new team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to focus on management processes day-to-day
- Ability to create new operational systems for the company to build upon
- Ability to add documentation and materials to the company Wiki
- Ability to meet with department heads regarding ongoing projects
- Ability to meet with CEO to go over Business Development ideas and project scopes
- Ability to work with team members to solve problems
