Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Advisor Recruiting Regional Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Recruiting quality new advisors into the firm
  • Managing advisor recruiting pipeline by leveraging team resources
  • Communicating value proposition through brokerage knowledge and expertise effectively to prospective advisors

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel throughout their territory building relationships with advisors at competing firms
  • Required knowledge and work experience recruiting in financial services industry
  • Demonstrated strong organization and project management skills
  • Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and collaborating/influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assess readiness and to coach and develop others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7-10 minimum years' experience
