Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Advisor Recruiting Regional Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruiting quality new advisors into the firm
- Managing advisor recruiting pipeline by leveraging team resources
- Communicating value proposition through brokerage knowledge and expertise effectively to prospective advisors
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel throughout their territory building relationships with advisors at competing firms
- Required knowledge and work experience recruiting in financial services industry
- Demonstrated strong organization and project management skills
- Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and collaborating/influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to assess readiness and to coach and develop others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7-10 minimum years' experience
