Job Summary
An affiliate network provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Affiliate Controller.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing queue of phone call interviews
- Qualifying customers based on quality assurance and customer service policies
- Conducting preliminary research on new customer (affiliate) applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- High school degree
