Job Summary

An affiliate network provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Affiliate Controller.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing queue of phone call interviews
• Qualifying customers based on quality assurance and customer service policies
• Conducting preliminary research on new customer (affiliate) applications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• High school degree
