Job Summary
A travel agency has an open position for a Telecommute After Hours Associate Travel Manager in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Assist Manager with departmental goals and projects
- Oversee all itineraries, verifying reservations for appropriate QC
- Oversee a team of agents who book worldwide travel
Position Requirements Include:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally
- Full working knowledge and proficiency in Fly America, Open Skies and Federal Travel Regulations
- Strong GDS Knowledge of Sabre
- Good client presentation skills
- Adhere to full discretion and confidentiality for our clients
