Job Summary
A clinical healthcare support company is in need of a Telecommute After Hours OnCall Manager in Bennington.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and service requests received via phone
- Coordinate home health care services during non-business hours for our clients
- Schedule staff members and be able to multi-task in a calm and compassionate manner
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to atted training in the office
- Availbility and ability to provide support from 5:00pm-8:30am
- High school diploma
- Staff scheduling experience
- Ability to report end of shift census of calls
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain emergencies by coordinating all clinical issues with the on-call nurse
