Job Summary
A travel management company has a current position open for a Telecommute After Hours Team Travel Consultant in Minneapolis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Booking and issuing airline itineraries, hotel reservations, car and train reservations
- Conversing with customers through multiple communication mediums
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as travel rules, operating instructions, etc
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Understanding of Government travel requirements, visas, passports
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS database software
- Minimum of 2 year's experience as a booking agent
