Job Summary

A travel company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute After Hours Travel Associate Manager in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing a team of agents who book worldwide travel
  • Working directly with the Manager on day to day operations
  • Oversee all itineraries, verifying reservations for appropriate QC and reviewing travel authorizations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience as a booking agent
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally
  • Full working knowledge and proficiency in Fly America, Open Skies and Federal Travel Regulations
  • Strong international background both geographical and rate structures
