Job Summary
A provider of travel management services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute After Hours Travel Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to client requests and inquires in a call center environment
- Establishing document needs for multiple nationalities
- Advising travelers and/or security issues and dealing with security concerns internationally
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- One week training provided at Corporate Headquarters
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Intermediate level GDS – SABRE
- 5+ years in a Corporate Travel environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with control and organization
