Job Summary

A provider of travel management services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute After Hours Travel Coach.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to client requests and inquires in a call center environment
  • Establishing document needs for multiple nationalities
  • Advising travelers and/or security issues and dealing with security concerns internationally

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • One week training provided at Corporate Headquarters
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Intermediate level GDS – SABRE
  • 5+ years in a Corporate Travel environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with control and organization
