Job Summary

A travel management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute After Hours Travel Consultant in Atlanta.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Answering calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements
• Booking airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations through our GDS system, accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of a GDS System
• Understanding of Government travel requirements, visas, passports
• Understanding of the Federal Travel Regulations, Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS database software
