Job Summary
A travel management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute After Hours Travel Consultant in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements
- Booking airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations through our GDS system, accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Understanding of Government travel requirements, visas, passports
- Understanding of the Federal Travel Regulations, Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS database software
