A travel company has an open position for a Telecommute After Hours Travel Consultant in Fort Myers.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients regarding travel arrangements
- Communicate effectively with other agents or team members to solve problems
- Research complex travel rules and regulations for each client
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Negligible travel
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a booking agent
- Able to interpret documents such as travel rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Understanding of government travel requirements, visas, and passports
