Job Summary
A travel company is seeking a Telecommute After Hours Travel Consultant in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients
- Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
- Researching complex travel rules and regulations for each client
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a booking agent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software and SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS database software
- Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally
