Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Agent Manager in the Jefferson City Area.
Must be able to:
- Monitor sales results, trends and key performance indicators and hold representatives accountable for achieving targets
- Manage day-to-day time and activities of assigned ICA's
- Provide a structured on-boarding process, leveraging corporate contracting, certification and training processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review sales results/activities and provide feedback /etc
- Must have a current/valid insurance license for the state
- 2 years of Medicare / Medicaid sales experience
- Experience conducting presentations or trainings
- Experience being an activist/being involved in the community
