Job Summary

A provider of cloud-based customer service and software solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Agent Results Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Provide real-time support to Agents
  • Diagnosing and resolving Agent issues
  • Actively contributing to Agent retention

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • 2+ years of contact center/BPO experience OR
  • Comparable customer service-related work experience
  • Mastery of computer basics with an affinity towards technical systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
