Job Summary

A staffing firm is seeking a Telecommute Agile Coach in Cranston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Training and Coaching on Agile practices, techniques, and semantics
  • Providing support for the development of a sustainable Enterprise Agile Framewor
  • Identifying and coaching internal Agile champions, to remove reliance on external mentors

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Location: Cranston, RI (1 day remote)
  • 10+ years in Project Delivery roles (using Agile and Traditional methods)
  • 3+ years Agile coaching experience with teams that are new to Agile practices
  • 5+ years delivering Agile projects utilizing a variety of methods including Scrum, XP, and Kanban
  • Financial Services background is required
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
