Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Agile Practitioner 2.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality
• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams
• Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1+ years of experience of managing developer backlogs
• 1+ years of experience on Agile Methodology
• 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including delivering modern solutions
• 1+ years of experience in capturing Agile metrics like sprint burndown, burnup, velocity, scope creep
