Job Summary

A publisher digital solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Agile Process Leader.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing production/maintenance of several client engagements in the context of a single dedicated Scrum team
• Guiding the team through Scrum rituals — sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospective, and the daily standup
• Participating in the broader community to help senior leaders understand and resolve the impediments

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel to visit clients for major events (kickoffs, etc.) — typically only a few times per year
• Experience working with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Service-oriented and outspoken, ability to proactively and aggressively manage expectations
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, ideally in the context of an agency
• Must be able to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
